No. SmartLinks are made only for releases distributed through Shopolo Music. There is no separate SmartLink plan to buy, and links for songs released through other distributors are not available.
Once your release is distributed with Shopolo Music, its SmartLink is set up for you. If you can't find it, message the Shopolo Music team on WhatsApp with your song name and they will share it.
